Senior Software Engineer

Job Description:

Develop IT system backend systems and middleware, leveraging knowledge in data structure, linear algebra and 2D&3D mathematics, and scalable system design.

Perform optimization of complex problems and analysis on their solutions' time and space complexity.

Drive end to end testing of large-scale systems.

Develop protection methods for known security attack patterns.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

Requires a Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, a related field, or a foreign equivalent.

Must have 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or related occupations.

Must have 2 years of experience in Linux programming for developing scalable servers; C++ programming to writing efficient data structure; designing and developing large scale services; writing and analyzing mathematical algorithms; Git to maintain CI/CD release pipeline; and GDB to debug and troubleshoot codes on Linux servers.

Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$220,000.00
Maximum:

$292,100.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
