Job Description
Lead cross-functional S&OP meetings to align key stakeholders on demand forecasts, inventory targets, and production plans.Develop and refine inventory targets, utilizing ABC patterns for prioritization, to enhance operational efficiency, elevate service levels, and optimize working capital investments.Track and report key S&OP metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing measures to enhance overall supply chain performance.Collaborate with cross-functional Supply Chain teams to address long-term critical supply constraints and ensure a cohesive S&OP approach.Communicate complex analysis and reports to stakeholders, facilitating the integration of S&OP insights into decision-making processes.Evaluate and implement technology solutions to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the S&OP process, including the use of advanced analytics and forecasting tools.Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of various factors on the S&OP process, providing strategic recommendations.Implement and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the S&OP process and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Fulfill additional duties as required, consistently aligning with the principles and goals of the Sales and Operations Planning process.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
