What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous involvement in Financial Services/Wealth Management or related fields
  • While licenses are advantageous, they are not mandatory. Charles Schwab is committed to assisting employees in obtaining the Series 7 and 63/66 licenses
  • Ability to manage client requests with professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in working autonomously and collaboratively within a team, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Capability to cultivate and nurture productive interdepartmental relationships
  • Fundamental knowledge of brokerage regulations governing client accounts
  • Potential assignment as a Notary
