The primary duty of this position is responsible for the receipt and accounting funds being paid to the organization. The position ensures the accuracy of invoices and that proper accounting procedures are followed to account fore the receipt of payment for products sold by the organization.

Responsibilities:
Invoice customers
Record accounts receivable payments to customer accounts
Reconcile accounts receivable accounts
Make journal entries
Prepare sales by customer reports and rebate calculations

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Computer Skills and ability to use Microsoft office tools

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Experience in accounting or related field
Advanced mathematical and logical deduction skills
Experience with Customer Service and Client Communications
