Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process Purchase Orders
  • Process weekly check runs
  • Manage 1099 related returns
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Budget tracking for new cafes
  • Maintain insurance contracts
  • Prepare reports within excel
  • Record intercompany transactions for multiple locations
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts with various registers
  • Complete account reconciliations as assigned by supervisor
  • Prepare and record journal entries
  • Manage company credit card and record entries
  • Verify GL coding
  • Assist with month-end close process
  • Manage company accounting email
  • Communicate with vendors and customers as needed
  • Other special projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience with Quickbooks
  • 2-3 years of experience in an Accounting role
  • Professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, organizational and math skills
