The Staff Physician specializing in Hematology/Oncology is responsible for clinical care in this area and overseeing the education of Residents, Fellows, and Medical Students.

Specialized Experience for Hematology/Oncology Physician:

  • Interpretation of mutational and molecular genetic testing for guiding chemotherapeutic treatments
  • Conducting life-sustaining therapy discussions with patients and families
  • Treating various blood disorders and diseases like anemia, leukemia, and clotting disorders
  • Administering chemotherapeutic agents and biological response modifiers
  • Performing apheresis procedures and blood tests interpretation
  • Conducting bone marrow procedures and managing venous access catheters
  • Performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures like lumbar punctures and thoracentesis

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
