o You will coordinate, direct, and decide on matters affecting Occupation Safety, Health and Environmental Program's overall performance and compliance with federal and locals laws and Navy policieso You will develop goals and program plans, determine the allocation of personnel and fiscal resources for the efforts of all shipyard departments for ship repair and maintenance operations.
o You will ensure efficient and effective Occupation Safety, Health and Environmental technical support and coordination for the efforts of all shipyard departments for ship repair and maintenance operationsRequirements Conditions of Employmento Must be a US Citizen.

101Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sectorSpecialized experience must demonstrate the following:developing, implementing and monitoring safety and health of the workforce, protection of property, environmental compliance, and/or protection of natural resources programs at a Shipyard or other large industrial facility to ensure compliance with all applicable OSHE policy and regulatory requirements.
