We kicked off in 2018 with the world's first desktop holographic dev kit, and now we're dedicated to helping big brands, organizations, and countless 3D creators worldwide dive into the holographic era. Our displays are in the hands of creators worldwide, including big names like Pixar, Nvidia, Disney, and LVMH.

We're searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team, someone who can share our vision and make our tech captivating for a wider audience.

About The Role:

As the Digital Marketing Specialist at Looking Glass, you'll be a key player in creating and narrating our product's story. You'll work closely with our product and commercial teams to improve the product journey and elevate our brand through compelling content creation, delivery, and optimization.

This role is perfect for a hands-on marketer who can blend creativity with strategy. If you love being part of a team that builds and tells stories, and can scale marketing efforts effectively, you're the one we're looking for.

We're aiming for a future that's more Star Trek than Ready Player One. To achieve this, we're bringing together a diverse team from different backgrounds. We welcome applications from women, people of color, and all those who've been underrepresented.

We have a preference for candidates in New York, but we're open to fully remote options for top-tier candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of a cohesive content framework that clearly showcases our tech's value, simplifies the buying process, and boosts brand recognition.
  • Collaborate with product and commercial teams to ensure content coherence across various customer touchpoints like social media, blogs, and the website.
  • Enhance our communication frequency by establishing a consistent marketing rhythm.
  • Recruit and oversee a team of freelancers, guiding them in producing content that truly reflects our products and brand.
  • Produce and curate digital content that educates, entertains, and demystifies complex tech for diverse audiences.
  • Track and evaluate content performance, using insights to refine content strategies for better engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • You bring at least 5 years of digital marketing experience, focusing on content creation, strategy, and management across digital platforms.
  • You have a solid track record in executing digital campaigns, proving your ability to make a measurable impact using data-driven insights.
  • You've shown your ability to collaborate across different teams to align content with company objectives, product clarity, and brand identity.
  • You're a skilled writer with a knack for storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • You have a deep understanding of technology, capable of explaining complex ideas in an engaging way.
  • You excel in project management, leading teams and handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • You have strong analytical skills, able to measure content effectiveness and make data-informed decisions to enhance performance.
  • You're a versatile self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You have some experience with creator tools and are familiar with basic design and editing software. It's a plus if you love 3D technology and tools
