We are looking for a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing or sales, preferably in the healthcare or homecare industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to generate referrals from hospitals, clinics, and community organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate referrals from hospitals, clinics, and community organizations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community leaders.
  • Conduct outreach activities to promote homecare services within the Russian-speaking community.
  • Organize and attend community events to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Provide information and support to potential clients and their families.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to align marketing efforts with company goals.
  • Track and report on marketing activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Russian and English.
  • Proven experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the healthcare or homecare industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape and community resources.
  • Ability to travel within the community for outreach activities.

What We Offer:

$65,000 per year + commission
