Today, we are recruiting our new Country Manager for USA subsidiary based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Your mission will be to ensure general management of the subsidiary. You analyse and adapt the strategy to the profitability guidelines. You set for your area (The United States of America), the annual sales objectives and budget for the subsidiary. As a leader, you share the marketing guidelines (pricing, ...) and manage the execution of the sales strategy, you make sure of its application by the team. You ensure the performance of reporting from the employees and the analysis.

Strategic view, good capacity of analysis, you develop a good knowledge of the market and competitors, products, tenders, regulatory status, trends and possible regulatory changes in the country. Based on this, you are able to define the priorities and action plan of the area.

Good relationship skills, you promote the image and the messages of the company. You organize the coverage of the national events, congresses and diffuse within your team, a culture of win-win relation with the customers. You ensure a privileged relationship and the lobbying with the key opinion leaders, authorities and the decision makers at the national level.

You are able to develop an in-depth and sustainable relationship with the customers that generates insights and critical business information (market, customer expectations). You ensure the feedback of those formal and informal information with the different departments of the company (Marketing, production, RA/QA,).

With the support of your team, you build and negotiate the answers to the tenders, negotiate contracts and the conditions/prices.

You are responsible for the respect of your sales contribution, costs and margin and decide the assignments and choices within your budget.

You ensure the success of new product launches in the field, coordinate the local registration needs with the commercial and Regulatory Affairs team.

As a true team player/builder, you are responsible for a team which may include an account manager, sales admin, service, RA/QA. You manage the human resources of your scope in relation to the HR Department on the recruitment, evaluation, training coordination. You take action to maximize employee motivation and skills development, attract and retain talent.

At least 8/10 years- experience in healthcare / medical devices, leading sales function. Good knowledge of the local organization and law, procurement system and its evolutions. Your strengths are assertivity and adaptability, the ability to federate and convince. You have good communication skills, you are proactive and reactive. Your experience and expertise allow you to have a good listening and understanding of customers' expectations.
