Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified individual with:
  • Over 8 years of experience in managing commercial interior construction projects
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred
  • Proficient project management abilities, including the development and oversight of project schedules, budgets, and timelines
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations, along with industry standards and best practices
  • Experience utilizing project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, Timberline, etc.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning through to final completion for commercial interior projects
  • Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines effectively
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies as necessary
  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including contracts and change orders
