We are actively accepting applications for a Part-Time Streaming Support Staff member, to join our Streaming Support team. In this role, you will provide streaming support for SIDEARM partners and fans across the collegiate landscape. This position will be part of a streaming services team with a part-time schedule that allows us to provide industry leading service to our clients during the unique hours of college athletics. It will include working some evenings and weekends during the athletic calendar (August through May).

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and communicate with SIDEARM partners regarding the quality of live streams
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting streaming issues
  • Provide end-user support for fans having difficulties viewing streams
  • Troubleshoot fan subscriptions for client schools
  • Contribute to the overall success of SIDEARM Sports
  • Be an advocate and champion for SIDEARM Sports

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous streaming experience preferred, but not required
  • Previous Customer Service experience preferred
  • Flexible schedule including working weekends and evenings
  • Comfort with new technology, services, and products

Pay Transparency

The approximate pay for this position is $16/hr. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
