A DAY IN THE LIFE OF Sr. Data Analyst,

In this role, the individual manages data analysis tasks, audits input datasets for quality, and curates datasets for the R&D team. They are responsible for generating detailed analysis reports to support research efforts and for handling project management tasks, which include documenting code, procedures, and experiments. Organizing data outputs for easy access and developing adaptable code for various datasets are also critical responsibilities. The role involves supporting scientific publications by contributing analyses, ensuring their accuracy and inclusion, and preparing tables, figures, and other necessary materials. Maintaining scientific rigor in publication reviews remains a priority.

REQUIREMENTS

Ph.D. with an understanding of data science and data analysisExperience with common office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong organizational, and communication skillsStrong attention to detailStrong experience with data and text processingActively displays behaviors that support the mission, vision, and values of Castle Biosciences. * Please see the attached job description for additional roles, responsibilities, and technical requirements.
