We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Behavioral Innovations. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
- Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide training and supervision to RBTs and other staff members
- Competitive Compensation: $76,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience
- Bonus Structure: Between $6K - $18K a year in bonuses, calculated monthly and paid quarterly
