To solicit and respond to companies, organizations and individuals to contract private dining events in hotel restaurants. Coordinates the prompt, courteous and efficient fulfilment of these events to satisfy the customer's needs and maximize the hotel's profits.

What will I be doing?

As a Restaurant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for meeting with and entertaining customers and prospective customers to solicit clients for private dining events to be held in hotel restaurant. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Courteously respond to leads, by telephone or direct conversation
Prepare proposals, contracts and BEO related to the private event. Calculate and quote prices.
Manage set up direction and collaborate with other departments to execute events (A/V, Banquets, Culinary, etc.)
Meet/Greet events.
Attend weekly meetings to support business operations, e.g., tentative review, pick-up, etc.
Conduct site inspections with potential customers, visiting restaurant space, and other hotel facilities.
Maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
