Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $ $74600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Responsibilities Maintain positive guest relations and high standards of service, addressing concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a managerial position in a restaurant with a similar style of dining, capacity and volume
Servsafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification
Strong financial and computer skills; experience working with and understanding P&Ls and developing and managing budgets, as well as Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and point-of-sale systems
Exceptional communication skills and an ability to anticipate guest and employee needs
