During off season, you will be responsible for overseeing the Clubhouse check-in area and ensuring a great guest experience.Recruit, train and continued development for all staff.Ensure the satisfaction of all Owners/Guests by implementing and maintaining proper Owner/Guests relation programsTrack and maintain financial reports to stay within budgetary guidelines and achieve revenue goalsYOUR EXPERIENCE:Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holiday as needed.Activities/Recreation leadership experience (or relative) of at least one year strongly preferred. Aquatics experience or knowledge preferred.A basic grasp of general accounting procedures to ensure the proper budget and revenue managementCPR and Lifeguard Certified preferredExcellent oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of peopleKnowledge of local attractions and entertainment is preferred
