- Quality and Safety: Monitor and evaluate patient care to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
- Staff Development: Participate in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and unit activities.
- Resource Management: Assist in managing the unit's budget and resource allocation.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Degree in Nursing
- RN License
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience in endoscopy or a related field
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of endoscopic procedures and patient care
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
