Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience with a focus on team management and development.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems such as Bloomberg, FIS, and Microsoft Office.
  • FINRA Series 99 required, with additional licenses preferred.
