Your role in our mission
  • Oversees overall staffing statuses for project progression.
  • Monitors staffing demands, assignments, and associated data.
  • Report financial and forecasting data; Serves as a liaison with account leadership to evaluate demand changes.
  • Evaluate current and prospective candidates for appropriate project assignments; works with account leadership to facilitate resource movement.
  • Develops documents and reports for client deliverables.
  • Develops staffing, onboarding, and general administrative processes.
  • Manage a team of administrative professionals; set goals and expectations for performance.
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years' experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to efficiently manage people and resources.
  • Knowledge of federal/state/local employment laws preferred.
What you should expect in this role
  • Must be able & willing to work on-site at the office in Roseville, CA at least 3 days per week.
