Job Description

Come join our Global Logistics & Trade team and work on one of the most advanced 3D-NAND and SSD technology portfolios in the world.

In this position you will join a fast-paced team developing logistics solution for Solidigm customers & suppliers. You will utilize and grow your experience in backend manufacturing, product management along with the ability to develop rework process at reverse logistics area. You will use and gain experience in rework manufacturing, supplier and logistics management. The team utilizes Agile development methodologies, therefore, excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with team members, both locally and across the organization is required.

As a Supply Chain Engineer (Rework) your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Rework product MFG analysis, to develop the process to enable the RMA products which need to be reworked at 3PL suppliers.
  • Rework quality control, to create and develop the process to ensure the MFG products can meet Solidigm's quality standard
  • Rework supplier qualification, to create develop supplier qualification process/standard with Solidigm's internal stakeholders
  • Rework supplier management, to take the lead to manage 3PL suppliers with
    • MFG KPI setup
    • MFG system management
    • Cost management
    • Exception management
    • BCP management
  • A great Partner to be worked with, to closely collaborate with multiple stakeholders at rework area

Qualifications

  • 3+ years working with ODM on the manufacturing part of product development.
  • 3+ years' experience and familiar with PLC (product life cycle).
  • 5+ years' software development experience, with focus on application development, deployment and continuous improvement
  • 3+ years' experience with Linux platform, Python, C#, .Net Core, C++, MySQL, etc. software develop tools
  • Experience with automation data collection, visualization, workflow and database applications
  • Experience with manufacture first line support, especially on SFCS/MES/etc. tools support and configuration
