·Prior Experience of Implementing Cloud HCM Core Module

·Prior experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation

·Prior Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM Configuration & Administration

·Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups.

·Prior experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.

·Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall Analysis

·Prior experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation

·Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.

·Familiar with HCM ADP connector will be added advantages

Nice to Have

·Prior experience of Migrating Classic to Redwood will be advantage

·Prior knowledge of ORC, Talent, Compensation will advantage.

·Prior experience of implementing, managing, provisioning security, and resolving security access problems will be advantages.

·Prior experience of migrating to Redwood pages will be advantages

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
