Workday Associate Consultant

• Become the lead Subject Matter Expert within a functional area of Workday.
• Assist clients through all stages of the implementation life-cycle and through live production support.
• Participate and attend discovery sessions to gather requirements to help refine Workday configuration.
• Effectively executes client deliverables from start to finish across multiple, concurrent projects utilizing Strada's quality standards and consulting methodology.
• Use the methodology and processes to implement successfully while remaining agile and flexible to client changing needs.
• Listens to client request, assesses actual client need, provides subjective matter expertise, proposes alternatives, and recommends solution(s).
• Analyzes, defines, configures and documents complex business requirements and processes.
• Build and test Workday and ensure that all requirements meet the client needs.
• Troubleshoot business processes, calculated fields, business logic, file loads and configuration.
• Completes assigned tasks in prescribed timelines consistent with deliverables and asks for support and direction as appropriate.
• Frequently discusses, and can articulate to clients, lessons learned from previous client experience, Workday best practices, as well as Strada's Point of View.
• Participates in internal business initiatives to assist the organization in building our Strada brand and collateral, including but not limited to internal domain groups, chats and training.
• Participates in building the Strada Brand by participating in Workday ecosystem product groups/chats. ​

​Position Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years previous experience implementing or managing ERP systems. Such experience may include Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, ADP, Oracle E-Business, Ultipro or other SaaS software solutions.
• Previous consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software organization.
• Experience in transforming business requirements into complex system configurations.
• Advanced MS Excel Skills to be used to transform data. (advanced formulas).
• Possesses strong facilitation/presentation skills.
• Understands the scope and details of project plan and is able to identify and communicate the need for resources for tasks or assigned areas of responsibility.
• Understands IT impact to the overall business and the purpose and process of operating plans.
• Prioritizes and multi-tasks, responding with a sense of urgency to immediate needs.
• High attention to detail with innate need to dig in and solve complex issues and thoroughly test solutions.
• Works well in a team, willing to help others and share information to create a collaborative working environment.
• Embraces entrepreneurial spirit in work through recognizing and capitalizing on opportunities to improve the organization.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• This role does not support sponsorship.
• Workday HCM Certification is preferred but not required.
• Workday Certification is a requirement of the role. Candidates who are not certified will be considered for the role, but they will need to successfully pass Workday certification as well as on-going successful re-certification.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Math, Human Resources, Computer Science, or relevant field of study.

57,700 USD

Maximum :

91,600 USD
