Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant
Primarily responsible for ensuring timely and quality execution of client deliverables and consulting with clients on Adaptive Planning projects.
In this position, you will work with clients to implement Adaptive Insights and transform their budgeting and forecasting processes. Your finance acumen will be honed by re-engineering financial plans (budgets, forecasts, and reports) from spreadsheets into the Adaptive Insights solution suite.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain proficiency and certification in the Adaptive Insights solution suite.
- Work directly with clients to implement Adaptive Planning technology solutions into their business environments of increasing complexity levels.
- Review and analyze spreadsheet-based financial models and re-engineer into Adaptive Insights.
- Provide guidance to clients regarding finance best practices to be incorporated in their model.
- Contribute to project management and ensure client satisfaction.
- Analyze financial models across multiple industries and markets.
- Educate and guide users on effective and efficient approaches to utilizing models, tools, and data.
- Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one's skills and learnings with others within the organization.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience:
- 8 to 10 plus years of work experience
- 2 plus years of experience implementing Adaptive Planning configurations for customers of all sizes, and of increasing complexity levels
- 2 plus years experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Adaptive Planning solutions according to customer requirements
- Experience with enterprise planning software and/or financial application software required
- Strong financial and/or management accounting background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly skilled with MS Excel and strong technology acumen
- Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Up to 15% travel
- Workday Adaptive Planning certification (preferred)
- Workday Financials Certification (preferred)

- Adaptive Planning certification is a requirement of the role. Candidates who are not certified will be considered for the role, but they will need to successfully pass Adaptive Planning certification as well as on-going successful re-certification
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
