Robb Report: Luxury Experience and Attendee Sales Manager

The Luxury Experience and Attendee Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and upholding brand standards across three key revenue initiatives at Robb Report: live events/consumer "RR1" Membership (B2C), The Vault & Ultimate Gift Guide (B2C/E-commerce), and the new "Masters of Luxury" Membership (B2B), . This role is integral to our growth strategy and requires a proactive, organized, highly collaborative individual with a strong sales background, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, an ability to think on their feet, and a passion for the luxury and/or travel industry. Both consumers and our partners hold Robb Report to the highest standard, and this role serves as the first and primary point of contact for Robb Report's most loyal and engaged audience and partners.

This individual will need to be highly communicative, organized, flexible, energetic, personable, able to build trust and rapport easily with discerning clientele, and able to clearly evoke the essence of Robb Report in all their communications and demeanor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect clientele, grow awareness, drive sales, engagement, and growth of each initiative.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our most engaged audience and partners, managing expectations, building strong relationships, driving business growth, and delivering the highest level of customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Live Media, Business Development, Integrated Marketing and Editorial teams to coordinate sales initiatives, deliver on revenue growth targets, and coordinate cross-team knowledge sharing and data management.
  • Manage the tracking, analysis and reporting of numerous pipelines, including events and ticketing, memberships, and luxury product and experience sales
  • Support operational and logistical elements of in-person events, with the potential for on-site event support
  • Represent the Robb Report brand with excellence, embodying our commitment to the in all communications and interactions.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to identify new opportunities for growth and customer engagement and retention.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
  • 3-5 years of successful experience in sales environments(B2C preferred) with a solid understanding of business concepts and dynamics within the luxury and consumer space
  • Customer Service Experience - preferably in the luxury or hospitality industry, adept at interacting with UHNW individualsAbility to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Outstanding time management, project management, technology and organizational skills
  • Self-starter who has a drive for excellence
  • Skilled in working collaboratively and cross-functionally with diverse teams to achieve strategic objectives
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Demonstrate a comfort with new technology and scaling sales pipelines.

Salary range: $75K-85K.Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range. The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements, a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits.
