JOB SUMMARY: The Production Services Rental Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning, communication, and execution of events for REV Production Services by performing the essential duties personally and through supervisors and subordinates.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Assist the Manager in overseeing all aspects of event coordination, including; field supervisor assignments, scheduling, communication, and budgeting.
  • Provide services for the special events for stadiums and events.
  • Assist the Manager in creating and implementing standard operating procedures for event coordination and communications with all clients, internal and external.
  • Collaborates with the Rental Manager and the Operations Manager to coordinate the planning, build, execution, and pre/post-event financial and operational reporting of Major Events for REV Entertainment Services.
  • Reviews financial reports relating to event expenses, payments, and general ledger allocations.
  • Reviews post event notes and client surveys to ensure brand quality standards are achieved.
  • Builds strong client relationships in order to meet their needs and encourage repeat business; works with the established special event entities to generate new business revenue.
  • As scheduled, works flexible/varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or minimum 1 to 2 years event management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong customer service oriented and positive attitude.
  • Ability to effectively supervise staff.
  • Demonstrated organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, specifically the ability to successfully communicate with the public, other employees, live production and communications staff, and vendors.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines. Work effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedules.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and to interact with all levels of staff and clients.
