Description:


• Responsible for developing, documenting, executing, measuring and monitoring processes for the strategic planning and execution of OIS's human capital including attracting, retaining, and developing world-class talent in a global organization that meets or exceeds organizational performance needs.


• Responsible for design, documentation, and implementation of critical processes including staff planning, recruitment, selection, and integration into the organization's culture and operating environment.


• Research, specify, implement, deploy, and monitor a human resources performance management system within the first the first year that enables managers and executives to track and monitor performance of individual employees as well as departments, and the overall organization.


• Determine how to build and maintain desired corporate culture including workplace practices and human resources policies and programs aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, and morale throughout the organization.


• Responsible for maintaining and enhancing highly motivational and cost effective Executive Compensation, Domestic and International Compensation including Variable Pay Plans, Stock Option, Benefits, 401(k), Employment, Labor relations, Training and Development, Safety, and Health.


• Provide coaching, advice, and assistance to all levels of personnel on various employee morale, retention, and performance-related issues that results in strict legal compliance and substantial improvements in employee productivity.


• Responsible for recommending, designing, and implementing a variety of human resource plans, programs, and processes to meet OIS's organizational performance needs.


• Acts as a business partner with other top managers to assess organizational priorities and develop implementation plans.


• Direct and manage a number of personnel functions in order to attract, retain, and develop organizational resources including Recruitment and Employment practices, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Workplace Practices/ Legal, Safety, and Training.


• Manage or ensure the day-to-day usability and healthfulness of OIS facilities.


• Provide or contract for routine repairs and maintenance, manages janitorial and grounds maintenance services, responds to employee service requests, coordinates construction and major repair projects.


• Responsible for the relocation of offices/furniture, assigning offices and parking spaces, granting security cards and access, and responding to after-hours emergencies.


• Provide oversight for shipping/receiving, off-site storage, and vending services.


• Responsible for all recruitment, candidate processing, and placements for an assigned set of business and technical positions within the complex requirements in a technical industry.


• Handle applicant flow, review resumes, maintain candidate database, conduct candidate searches, manage outside recruiting resources, schedule interviews, and provide timely responses to candidates.


• Develops own screening, interviewing, and reference-checking questions drawing on prior experience and knowledge


• Position OIS and its opportunities in positive way to engage candidates' interest.


• Work with OIS legal to ensure that OIS is compliant with all relevant labor laws and regulations at all times.


• Other duties as assigned by your manager.
