Operations Manager - Nurse Champion is self-motivated and results-driven to direct and manage our organization's business activities for the assigned team of Nurse Champions.

Duties for the Operations Manager - Nurse Champion include (not limited to) managing daily performance, key performance indicators, training, driving right behaviour, addressing HCP concerns. This position will also be responsible for performing the activities of Nurse Champion for the assigned HCP's. The Operations Manager will also have to meet the monthly quota of shifts filled by their NC's.

The successful Operations Manager - Nurse Champion should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of Nurse Champion functions, and strong leadership qualities. The noteworthy Manager should account for all NC activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, drive NC engagement quota, maintain relationships with HCP's, enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives.

Tasks including but not limited to

Manage the team of Nurse Champions to ensure they are meeting their daily quota and achieving overall Engagement rate of 40% or above
Meet shift fill quota for the month for the assigned region
Set the shift schedule of the NC staff for the assigned region
Monitor Nurse Champion quality by call/text/email audits
Coach, guide and train the team to resolve any quality issues
Performing the Nurse Champion activities for the assigned HCP's
Resolving any HCP issues and working with the internal cross functional team to find the solution to the issues faced by HCP's
Guiding team members through choosing NC of the month
Execute any HCP issues to the management
Generating reports and giving presentations.
Achieve the KPI's by the Management team.
Overseeing daily business operations and manage a team of Facility Account Managers and Nurse Champions for the assigned region.
Maximizing the team and facilities on the number of hours.
Improving revenue.
Developing and implementing growth strategies to achieve the completed shifts target.
Delegating the task to the team to work efficiently.
Set goals for the team for the number of staff being filled and completing their shifts at the facilities.
Strategizing and planning for staff canceling their shifts and able to fill it up.
Checking team and individual performance and how to improve. Evaluating performance and productivity.
Training low-level managers and staff.
Hiring employees.
Generating reports and giving presentations.

Salary

6 - 7 Lakhs per annum
