Research Aficionados: Conducting deep dives into client accounts and industries to inform your strategies is your kind of detective work.

Harness data-driven insights and market trends to craft compelling advertising strategies that resonate with audiences and drive direct-to-consumer e-commerce success.

Key Results

Produce at least 5-10 unique ad creative concepts per day that align with client branding and campaign objectives.

Collaborate with Performance Managers to analyze performance data, refining creative briefs to ensure at least one out of every five ad creatives becomes a winning concept in terms of performance metrics.

Conduct weekly creative review sessions with the Ad Editors to ensure alignment with high-performing strategies and continuous optimization based on real-time data.

Implement a monthly feedback loop with clients to gather insights that inform creative direction, contributing to a 20% or higher success rate of ad creatives.

Monthly creative report.

Monthly research center updates.

Develop and roll out standardized creative brief templates, static ad templates, UGC recipes and more, to speed up your workflow, the Ad Editors' and increase client satisfaction.

Provide detailed feedback and training to Ad Editors focused on strategic alignement with client and team objectives.

Continuously refine our workflow and improve our proprietary research process.

Conduct weekly trend analysis reports and update your swipe file ad board to inform the team of emerging design patterns and marketing strategies, ensuring the agency's output remains current and impactful.
