o Conduct exercise and experimentation event/initiative planning, design, and execution.
o Develop final experiment reports based on analytical rigor.

o Develop post-experiment doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF) change recommendationso Coordinate with principal stakeholders.

o Assist and advise in aligning and coordinating initiatives.
o Provide technical and tactical subject matter expertise to government and contractor leads.
o Assist in developing exercise and experiment objectives, plans, and recommended courses of action throughout the event lifecycle.

o Participate in all phases of event planning, including assisting in executing the Concept Development Conference, Initial Planning Conference, Main Planning Conference, Final Planning Conference, Execution, and Post Execution activities.

o Assist in event knowledge management using government-provided portals or websites for event, initiative, and analysis document development.
o Conduct rigorous concept development analysis and evaluation, including examination of various proposals/positions or tests.
o Prepare and staff senior-level (06/Flag/SES) correspondence and briefs

Experience:


o 10 years of experience with military operations o Experience with exercise or experiment planningo Tactical experience as a Navy line officero Experience as a staff officer on a CSG, Numbered or Major Fleet staff, or equivalento Active TS/SCI, U.


Scitizen Education:


o Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree; 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree Recommended Skills Higher Order Thinking Leadership Sensitive Compartmented Information (Sci Clearance) Safety Principles Experimentation Analytical Apply to this job.
