About Us:

Backed by Sequoia, our Series A startup is setting the tech world ablaze with our pioneering AR product. At the intersection of innovation and ambition, we're not just building a product; we're crafting a legacy. As we pivot from groundbreaking product launch to scaling our operations, we recognize the critical role of our post-sales strategy in cementing our market position. Here lies your golden opportunity.

The Opportunity:

This is not your typical job posting. We're offering a career-defining platform for those with a consulting background, pre/post-MBA, or simply those with an insatiable appetite for success and learning. This program is designed for individuals who see themselves as future startup founders, providing a rare glimpse into the inner workings of a high-growth startup. Under the mentorship of one of our founding members—a product visionary turned post-sales guru—you'll gain firsthand experience in driving a startup's success beyond its initial product launch.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a pivotal link between our innovative AR solutions and our customers, ensuring their journey with us is nothing short of transformative.
Collaborate closely with our leadership team to devise and implement cutting-edge post-sales strategies that bolster customer engagement and loyalty.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
Play a crucial role in refining our market positioning and messaging to ensure it resonates with our target demographics.
Embrace the startup grind, embodying our culture of resilience, innovation, and relentless pursuit of excellence.
Embark on an intensive learning journey, absorbing wisdom from across the organization and the wider startup ecosystem.

What We're Looking For:
A standout track record in consulting, business development, or a similar field. Candidates with a pre/post-MBA background are highly encouraged to apply.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a knack for turning insights into actionable growth strategies.
Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering relationships and influencing outcomes across all organizational levels.
An unyielding work ethic and the resilience required to excel in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
A deep-seated curiosity for technology, entrepreneurship, and the mechanics of scaling a business.
Flexibility to travel and adapt to the dynamic demands of a rapidly growing startup.

Why Join Us?
This program offers a unique runway to accelerate your career and potentially set the stage for your own entrepreneurial ventures. Working alongside seasoned innovators and disruptors, you'll gain invaluable insights into what it takes to build and scale a successful startup. If you're driven by the prospect of challenging yourself, learning at warp speed, and making a tangible impact on the future of technology, your search ends here.
How to Apply:
Submit your resume and a compelling cover letter that speaks to your achievements, your entrepreneurial aspirations, and why you believe this accelerator experience is your next big leap. Share stories that highlight your ability to navigate the complexities of a high-growth startup environment.
