Job Description

Primary Function of Position:

The Vice President, Head of Investor Relations will be the primary interface with investors, potential investors and analysts. She/he will work closely with the CFO to develop an Investor Relations program that provides transparent, well managed communications that reflect the Company's performance, strategy, and opportunity. This role requires that candidates will learn Intuitive's business deeply.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an Investor Relations strategy.
  • Coordinate and participate in quarterly earnings calls, investor conferences, and investor group meetings.
  • Represent Intuitive at certain trade show events.
  • Maintain Intuitive's investor relations website, investor presentation, and Q&A.
  • Respond to investor and analyst inquiries.
  • Review and provide inputs to SEC filings and financial press releases.
  • Coordinate corporate messaging with executives and global public affairs team.
  • Respond to news and events.
  • Supervise direct IR staff and administrative staff (shared).
