The Vice President, Head of Investor Relations will be the primary interface with investors, potential investors, and analysts. This role requires a deep understanding of Intuitive's business and the ability to develop and execute an Investor Relations strategy that provides transparent, well-managed communications that reflect the Company's performance, strategy, and opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute an Investor Relations strategy that aligns with the Company's overall business objectives.
- Coordinate and participate in quarterly earnings calls, investor conferences, and investor group meetings.
- Represent Intuitive at certain trade show events.
- Maintain Intuitive's investor relations website, investor presentation, and Q&A.
- Respond to investor and analyst inquiries.
- Review and provide inputs to SEC filings and financial press releases.
- Coordinate corporate messaging with executives and global public affairs team.
- Respond to news and events.
- Supervise direct IR staff and administrative staff (shared).
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum fifteen years of relevant work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Expert in financial modeling and business valuation methodologies
- Deep understanding of the medical device commercial and financial markets
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Some travel will be required
