Spherion Staffing of Lake & Sumter County has an opening for an Administrative Coordinator located in Tavares.

This is a temp-to-hire position. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a starting pay rate of $15 to $18 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and execute a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, expense reports, and budget tracking. Prepare financial reports for review by management and assist in budget planning processes.
- Assist in maintaining membership databases, processing new member applications, and coordinating membership renewals. Provide excellent customer service to members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in the planning and execution of association events, meetings, and educational seminars. Coordinate logistics, communicate with vendors and attendees, and ensure all necessary materials are prepared.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional member experiences.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple
deadlines.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within
a team environment.

Education:
Associate

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a real estate
association or similar organization.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management
software.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and
courteous demeanor.
-Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping and financial reporting.
