Why We Need You:

As mabl focuses on scaling its GoToMarket Organization, we are seeking a passionate and driven Website & Technical Content Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you'll play a key role in executing on high-impact initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

What You'll Do:

  • Website Management
  • Own the end-to-end website optimization roadmap, including SEO implementation and CMS management
  • Evolve and manage the execution of creative layout and brand design
  • Content Delivery
  • Write and edit technical content for website/blog and other demand generation programs, including ebooks/whitepapers and email nurture flows
  • Leverage SEMrush to bolster SEO strategy efficiently from a content POV
  • Revise and publish content in Hubspot CMS
  • Work cross-functionally to assist with competitive materials and decks
  • Lead the evolution and optimization of our video strategy
  • Customer Ambassador Program
  • Drive the creation and launch of mabl's Customer Ambassador Program, taking ownership of the day-to-day management
  • Lead the facilitation and capture of customer success stories, aiming to increase the frequency from 1-2 per month to 1 per week
  • Manage and enhance mabl's presence on internet peer review sites such as G2, Gartner Peer Insights, and other relevant platforms
  • Establish and drive new user groups in top 3 US cities

About You:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience within a B2B SaaS solution setting strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of website management and optimization tools (CMS, AB testing, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • SEO implementation experience from a technical and content POV
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally on multiple projects, including competitive analysis content
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, adapt to change, and solve problems
  • Rigor for influencing decision-makers and owners through thoughtful and deliberate consensus-building, led by data analysis and best practices
  • Outstanding and clear communication skills (oral, written, presentation)
  • Strong analytic, strategic, and innovative thinking as well as customer empathy
  • Effective project management skills
  • Have a passion/excitement for helping companies build high quality software with previous knowledge/experience of what Quality Assurance does within a software team
  • BA or comparable work experience
  • Be a self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit - may have even been the first marketing employee at another start-up company or started your own business
  • Nice to haves:
  • Hubspot CMS Certified or equivalent experience
  • SEMrush or similarly product familiarity
  • Creating sales enablement content, such as competitive analysis decks
  • Content strategy experience
  • Designing and executing digital demand campaigns including email automation, ABM, PPC, etc.
