- Responsible for product planning, demand analysis, product design and product function implementation of international e-commerce logistics local-to-local (L2L) distribution business.
- Responsible for collection, distribution, distribution, trunk, delivery, pickup and other related logistics capabilities, and continue to iterate and optimize the system.
- Monitor the entire transportation chain, continuously optimize the algorithm's ability to divide orders, with the goal of reducing costs and shortening transportation time, and optimize the network structure of service providers.
- Pay attention to users' feedback, continuously optimize the transportation process and transportation efficiency of each link, and be responsible for the fulfillment results of logistics transportation.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications -5 years or more experience in logistics and distribution related products, with relevant experience in the logistics industry. - Good logic, outstanding system abstraction ability, able to independently break down and analyze problems, and cope with complex business scenarios.
Strong sense of detail perfection, able to actively identify problems existing in the mechanism and promote solutions. - Strong self-motivation, excellent learning ability, like to accept challenges, and have certain stress resistance. Preferred Qualifications

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ $296020 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
