We are hiring a Healthcare Operations Manager OR an Assistant Healthcare Operations Manager who can be developed. This is a Multi-Site Healthcare Operations Manager position, which DaVita calls our Hospital Services Administrator (H.S.A.). As an H.S.A. you get to have an "owner/operator" type of approach to the business. You handle multiple hospital contracts within a given geography (depending on the territory and the size of the team, this role typically covers 4-9 hospitals). DaVita is contracted to various hospitals all across the nation to support their

Acute/Emergent dialysis patients, and this leader handles those contracts. In addition, you will lead a large team of nurses (average team can be upwards of 30-50 RN's).

JOB DESCRIPTION:


Take the next step in developing and utilizing your leadership and management skills to help patients live better lives. The Assistant Facility Administrator assists in managing the overall operations for nursing services and care at a chronic hemodialysis facility and assists in assuring the safe, therapeutic nursing management of the ESRD (end state renal disease) patient. Duties may include working with the facility manager in overall facility and teammate management and/or acting as the manager in his/her absence.

• High school diploma required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in related area preferred

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in dialysis facility preferred

• Intermediate computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required; functional proficiency in all DaVita clinical and business applications required within 90 days

Salary/ Wage Range

$ $79040 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
