Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directly managing all aspects of the apartment community, ensuring high occupancy rates, maximizing profitability, and maintaining a high level of satisfaction for both the property owner and tenant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advertise vacant properties to attract potential tenants
  • Show units to prospective tenants and inform them of all available amenities
  • Negotiate leasing terms and close deals with tenants
  • Qualify prospective tenants using background checks and references
  • Accept rental payments and provide receipts to tenants
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Inspect the property on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure compliance with all Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines, local laws, and company policies
Requirements
  • 5 years minimum verifiable experience in face-to-face customer service
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Good driving record and willingness to undergo a criminal background check
  • Property management experience or Real Estate License preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
  • Experience with property management software preferred
  • Basic working knowledge of email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs
Work Environment

The nature of the position may require work on evenings, weekends, and holidays, with approximately 25 hours of work per week. You will be required to live on-site and be available to respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
