  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Ensure complete and timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs.
  • Employee Development: Recognize and motivate team members, facilitate safe work behaviors, and provide opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Business Acumen: Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Communication: Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and corporate partners.
  • Education and Experience: College or university degree preferred, but will consider experience in a supervisory role in a food service or retail environment.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The franchisee is an independent business owner who sets their own wage and benefit programs. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer.
