The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for executing all restaurant administrative duties, providing leadership to ensure day-to-day operations are sustained at an acceptable level. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a corporate-owned restaurant within company policies and guidelines, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Create value for shareholders through efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management.
- Team Management: Recruit, interview, and hire team members, conduct performance appraisals, take discipline action, motivate, and train.
- Financial Management: Control profit and loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
- Marketing and Promotion: Ensure complete and timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs.
- Employee Development: Recognize and motivate team members, facilitate safe work behaviors, and provide opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements:
- Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Business Acumen: Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Communication: Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and corporate partners.
- Education and Experience: College or university degree preferred, but will consider experience in a supervisory role in a food service or retail environment.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The franchisee is an independent business owner who sets their own wage and benefit programs. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer.
