Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the lead generation campaigns for the GCE Marketing Department involving more than 20 lead generation vendors.
  • Manage Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display campaigns.
  • Contribute to crafting comprehensive third-party affiliate marketing plans and execute them efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of budgets per vendor and program vertical.
  • Handle communication with vendors, focusing on areas such as onboarding, relationship management, quality control, and campaign growth.
  • Work in collaboration with compliance services to maintain up-to-date branding and creative specifications.
  • Analyze campaign data and user behavior to enhance lead campaigns, provide recommendations, and explore innovative strategies.
  • Provide detailed reports to senior management on lead numbers, conversion data, trends, and budgeted leads.
  • Utilize third-party services to enhance lead generation strategies and lead quality.
  • Ensure that all third-party service agreements align with the business partner's objectives.
  • Interpret client requirements and develop project plans for campaign launches.
  • Research competitors to identify new approaches to increase student inquiries.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies.
  • Offer insights on landing page optimization and testing for affiliate partner campaigns.
Your Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of digital media placement across various channels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, social media platforms, and project management tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong project management skills and understanding of marketing concepts.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with audience targeting and remarketing strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution and 2-4 years of digital marketing experience.
