Responsible for assisting with receiving and distribution control for the venueEnsure proper transfer process of product between locations, including follow-up documentation Assist in performing maintenance; responsible for concession and utility equipment cleaning and maintenance; portable equipment, burden carriers, carts, floors, refrigeration, and lighting. Ensure manifested equipment is in locationConduct walk through of the commissary, warehouse and storage areas after the completion of the day to ensure all areas are cleanPossess a thorough working knowledge of all existing concessions locations; geographical location, equipment, evacuation procedure, adjacent employee and guest areas, and facility access.Performs opening/closing responsibilities of bar / beer stand; Assure and maintain the area is operableResponsible for changing kegs / bibs / CO2 tanks / propane tanks / repairing beer stands Responsible for the initial preparation and servicing of the Bar which includes restocking beer, ice and co2's, cleaning, and other duties assigned by Bar/Beverage management teamMaintains cleanliness of bar area, beer coolers, refrigeration and storage areas to comply with health code standards, includes sweeping, mopping and sanitizing. Stocks and rotates all coolers and maintains cooler temperature log dailyChecks and assists bartender in maintaining adequate amounts of supplies, i.e. stir sticks, napkins, glassware, etc. for both the immediate bar and beer standsTake pride in personal appearance; reporting to work in neat and clean clothing; maintaining well-groomed hair and personal hygiene as established by Company policyWorking in a team environment with the ability to be team player and assist other team members when business needs dictateMaintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulationsRunners will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps), ensure they have what they need to do their work (read and visually verify information in a variety of formats, including small print; visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines), and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 55 pounds without assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping)While performing the duties of this position, the team member will regularly be required to: Work days, nights, and/or weekends as requiredQualifications
