Job Summary

The Complimentary AM Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests in the hotel's complimentary breakfast area. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in providing a seamless experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests in the complimentary breakfast area.
  • Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, ensuring that all food and beverage items are stocked and presented in a visually appealing manner.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, adhering to hotel standards and brand guidelines.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work effectively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down the breakfast area.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel products and services, as well as local attractions and events.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to obtain and provide a Food Handlers card, as required by the city/county/state.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and guest relations.
