Part-time hours could be M-F: with off around 1 on Fridays

or 9am - 3pm M-F



Full-time hours 8am -5pm M-F

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS FOR THIS OFFICE POSITION

Reads and routes incoming mail. Locates and attaches appropriate files to correspondence to be answered by the employer .
Answers telephone, makes appointments, gives information to callers or routes calls to appropriate official and places outgoing calls.
Greets visitors.
Assists advertising sales team.
Makes copies of correspondence or other printed matter.
Orders supplies.
Assist with in-house sales efforts for various projects.

QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
Exceptional oral and written skills and attentive to detail.
Self-motivated and possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must possess a valid driver's license and a driving record that is insurable by the company.
Must carry an acceptable level of vehicle insurance as required by the company.
