  • Co-Op will be trained on various systems and platforms to support these activities, including Wordpress, Airtable, Microsoft Teams, and others as needed, where Co-Op may create webpages, add event listings, manage data, etc. Co-Op will be responsible for adhering to the communications and web standards.
  • Ad-hoc project-based responsibilities include being responsible for collecting and analyzing metrics from ongoing and past BRI funding mechanisms, drafting 'requests for proposals' for new funding mechanisms, assisting with events, etc.
  • The co-op may also be asked to support collaborations with other entities (e.g. BWH Faculty Development and Wellbeing, Brigham Research Education, Center for Diversity and Inclusion), under the supervision of BRI/ORC staff, with responsibilities to include identifying, collecting information on, and preparing for display a subset of resources and services offered by other offices across the hospital.
  • Other duties as required.

This is a temporary, full-time position.

Remote/flexible -- most of the BRI/ORC team is primarily remote, coming in 1-2 times per week or as needed for hybrid events. There is a physical office at 45 Francis St, Boston, MA, where this position will have the option of shared desk space, as well as hoteling desk space available on request in Assembly Row, Somerville, MA.
