About the Position:

Boston Scientific is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as the CT Therapy Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating the development of Complex PCI / CTO therapies by implementing strategic initiatives to drive franchise expansion in the coronary therapies market. Collaborating with the CRC and Sales organization, you will work towards aligning priorities, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring execution within the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive profitable growth and maximize market opportunities
  • Support CRC and sales by emphasizing clinical differentiation
  • Develop action plans based on data and analytics
  • Collaborate with commercial teams on new product launches
  • Champion patient centricity, ethics, compliance, and inclusion
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Strong strategic skillset and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience in global virtual organizations
  • Minimum 5 years of Marketing and / or Sales experience
  • Strong clinical acumen in the healthcare field
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Clinical acumen in the Coronary Therapy space
  • Commercial mindset and brand management expertise
  • Ability to create standardized processes for strategic planning
