  • Determine the validity of customer deductions and credits.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement deduction resolution strategies.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all deduction activities.
  • Identify trends and patterns in deductions to proactively address and minimize future occurrences.
YOU HAVE:
  • Experience in deduction management or related Finance role.
  • Thorough with a keen eye for spotting discrepancies and resolving issues.
  • Skilled in using MS Office; advanced skills in Excel preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
