Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Air Mechanical Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
  • Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations to management on financial matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Reconcile bank statements and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports as required.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of accounting experience or a bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, including GAAP and tax laws.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
