What success looks like in this role:

  • Sirve como el punto de contacto principal para el/los cliente (s) con respecto a la prestacion de servicios general y diaria.
  • Garantiza que se cumplan o superen los SLA (acuerdos de nivel de servicio) y los KPI (indicadores clave de rendimiento) definidos en los contratos relevantes.
  • Asegura que las implementaciones y los servicios continuos se entreguen a tiempo y cumplan con los requisitos del cliente al mantener un control estricto sobre el cronograma del proyecto, los riesgos, el alcance del trabajo y el presupuesto.
  • Asegura que los equipos operativos y los subcontratistas mantengan una comprension clara de las necesidades del cliente y brinde asesoramiento y apoyo al cliente en el dia a dia.
  • Dirige la prestacion de servicios global y/o local proporcionada por Unisys a una cuenta o grupo de cuentas en particular.
  • Responsable de la planificacion, implementacion y ejecucion exitosa de los servicios contratados donde los criterios de exito incluyen el cumplimiento del Acuerdo de Nivel de Servicio (SLA), costo, gobernanza, desempeno, calidad, innovacion, mejora continua y requisitos de valor a traves de la interaccion efectiva con las lineas de servicio relacionadas, grupos de solucion, socios y cliente.
  • Participa en el control de cuentas y contratos mediante el establecimiento de relaciones comerciales y profesionales clave con las organizaciones de prestacion de servicios adecuadas para facilitar la prestacion eficaz de servicios.
  • Desarrolla y administra presupuestos, cronogramas y estandares de desempeno para mantener y optimizar el costo de entrega y servicio.
  • Alcanza los objetivos de margen aprobados en las cuentas asignadas y tiene como objetivo mejorar la rentabilidad de la cuenta.
  • Monitorea e informa regularmente sobre la salud financiera de la cuenta y soluciona cualquier error o anomalia financiera.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Conocimiento de ITIL y, se posible, certificacion en esos procesos
  • Calificaciones esenciales en informatica, administracion de empresas o disciplinas afines.
  • Requiere conocimiento del negocio, la industria y el mercado, asi como estrategias de ventas, gestion de cuentas / programas, prestacion de servicios y analisis financiero.
  • Una solida comprension de las principales ofertas de servicios de soporte de TI y de las tecnologias en evolucion y las tendencias de la industria.
  • Experiencia y comprension del soporte de un entorno de TI subcontratado, que incluye mesa de servicio, servicios de campo, operaciones de red, aplicaciones, infraestructura y entornos de centros de datos.
  • Un historial probado en comunicaciones efectivas, gestion de la prestacion de servicios y habilidades de gestion de relaciones.
