  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management for civil and roadway construction projects.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) certification is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of civil construction processes, roadway design, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex project challenges and make informed decisions.
