You will report to the Senior Director of Product Management.

Role Overview: As a Principal Product Manager in our CLAIRE group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI in data management. You will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Generative AI-driven products that transform how businesses manage and leverage their data. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and a deep understanding of market needs in the realm of enterprise data management-data integration, quality, metadata management, and governance.

Your role responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

  1. Strategic Product Leadership: Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps for AI-driven data management solutions. Ensure alignment with business goals and market demands.
  2. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
  3. Market Insights: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify emerging trends and opportunities in AI and data management.
  4. Product Advocacy: Serve as a key product evangelist, representing Informatica at industry events, conferences, and with key customers.
  5. Innovation and Thought Leadership: Foster an environment of innovation and thought leadership in AI and data management, contributing to the broader strategic goals of the company.

What We'd Like to See

  • Required: A minimum of 10 years of product management experience in enterprise software.
  • Preferred: direct experience in AI, data management, or related fields.
  • Highly Valued: experience with large language models (LLMs) or Generative AI technologies.
  • Education: a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. An advanced degree.
  • Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
